To ensure that we are keeping with the strictest sanitary conditions, returns for earrings and intimates such as undergarments and lingerie are not accepted.

Please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order to notify us of any issue with your order.

Return fees via Knutsford and Zipmail paid for by customers. We will cover delivery under the following circumstances : 

  • Incorrect order sent other than what was ordered
  • Items were soiled, damaged, or broken upon receipt

**For Zipmail delivery fee to be covered by customers, please transfer the Zipmail amount**

We take care to package your delicate jewelry in protective padding so if your item arrives broken or damaged, please take a picture and share it with us immediately.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed/texted your store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized.

To expedite the process please send an email to support@bananaavenue.com along with a picture of your Zipmail receipt or Knutsford Express tracking number.
