Shipping policy

 Let's give you some details on our easy shipping process. 

As soon as your payment is approved and updated, we process your order and ship them within 2 business days.

Cross bank transfers typically take 24 hours to be updated so if you want to make it for delivery day, we recommend sending your transfer early morning at least 2 days before delivery day. 

All payments must be updated by 7 am on delivery day for them to make it in that shipment/delivery. We abide by these strict timelines to ensure that we make it in time for your shipment/delivery.  

We offer 3 delivery options that you can choose from based on your location. 

Knutsford Express delivery - $700.00, you can pay the delivery fee on pickup. Knutsford arrives within 1 business day

Zipmail Delivery - $500. Zipmail deliveries are done through Jamaica Post and arrive within 2-3 business days at your post office.

Montego Bay Delivery - FREE delivery is available for customers in Montego Bay on all orders $3500+. Orders below $3500 attract a delivery fee of $200. 

Shipping/Delivery Days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 9 am and 12 pm.
