Refund policy

Banana Avenue does not offer refunds after the order has been shipped and or delivered. However, we may offer store credit in the form of a Gift card upon condition. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued.  Items must be returned, quality inspected, and approved before a store credit is issued. 

Gift Cards can be used for any purchases on our website and expire within a month of issue. Send us an email at support@bananaavenue.com or send us a message via our website if you have questions regarding your order. Be sure to create an account at checkout so you can keep up to date with your orders. 

 Final Sale/Clearance Items

Discounted items and items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. If you purchased an item on clearance, the item is considered to be  FINAL SALE.

Intimates, bodysuits, and jewelry are also considered FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the items.
